Every item is printed specially for you, so our policy is different from a store that sells stock from a warehouse.

Printing or production defects: we replace the item

If your item arrives with a printing or production defect, for example a misprint, a damaged print, a hole in the fabric or the wrong item, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.

To request a replacement, contact us with:

• your order number
• a short description of the problem
• a photo that shows it

Wrong size or color: no returns or exchanges

Because each piece is printed for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size or color. Please check the size guide and the product photos before you order.
